What Should I expect at a First Visit?

Currently, Dr. Marshall is only doing telemedicine, where she will spend 90 minutes with you for your first visit to do a comprehensive overview, including a review of current symptoms and thorough medical history. Be prepared to discuss your daily diet, sleeping, exercise and other regular habits. If you have had recent lab work or other diagnostics, please upload copies to the Healthie portal, or email them to Dr. Marshall. If you take prescription medication or dietary supplements, please have them with you so that Dr. Marshall can do a thorough review of what you take daily, including specific dosage amounts.

Naturopathic Medicine is appropriate for the management of a broad range of health conditions affecting people of all ages.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Depending on the nature of your condition, many individuals will feel improvements after just one visit if they are compliant with the treatment plan. Sometimes, however, with more complicated conditions, finding the right combination of therapeutics may take several visits to achieve optimal wellness. Follow-up visits are 45 minutes.
